"Return was a little slow but worked out"
I had to return my order, and like returns always seem to do, the refund took a few days after they got it back. It wasn’t super fast, but support did reply to my email, and the money eventually came back without any problems. Not a perfect experience, but not a big deal in the end...

"Smooth cancellation, but instructions could be clearer"
I had to cancel my order and thankfully the support team handled it quickly. The refund came through without any hassle, which I really appreciated. I just wish the cancellation steps had been a bit clearer upfront, but overall it was a good experience...

"Damaged part and a lot of chasing around"
My order turned up with one of the parts damaged. I get that these things happen, like stuff getting knocked in transit, packed badly, dropped somewhere, whatever. But getting it sorted was the annoying part. I sent photos, explained the issue, showed the damage, gave the order details, basically everything they asked for, and still had to chase a few times before anyone gave me a proper answer. It felt like I was constantly nudging them, checking my emails, waiting for updates, asking again, all that. They did offer a fix in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it was much slower and more of a hassle than it needed to be. Overall, not a great experience for me...

The shop itself was fine and I don’t really have any complaints there, but the delivery carrier made the whole experience frustrating. My package was delayed twice, and the tracking info was basically useless the entire time. I get that delays happen, but there needs to be better communication and some accountability when customers are left waiting with no clear updates.

"Description was mostly right"
I ordered a pair of ski pants from snowcountry.eu, and overall the description was fairly accurate. The size chart did help, but the fit still wasn’t quite what I expected, and the color looked a bit darker in person than it did online.
It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, and shipping was fine, but I do rely heavily on the product details when ordering gear. If the descriptions aren’t a bit clearer next time, I’d probably look at buying elsewhere

"Helpful, but slow to respond"
I had a question about my order and customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I thought it would. They were polite and eventually helped me out, so that was fine, but the waiting around without a quicker update was a little frustrating. That part was weird. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. Faster replies would make a big difference.

"Wrong Size and Slow Support"
I ordered this and ended up getting the wrong size, which was frustrating. At first I figured it would be an easy fix, but honestly, well, I guess support did eventually respond, it just took way longer than I expected. Not the smoothest experience.

"Tracking was a little confusing"
My order showed up fine, so no real complaint there, but the tracking was kind of hard to follow. It didn’t update very fast, and I kept checking it because I wasn’t totally sure where the package was, even though I guess it was moving along the whole time. Just would’ve been nicer if it was a bit clearer.

The shipping cost was a little higher than I would’ve liked, but the delivery was quick, so it still felt okay overall. I’d shop with Snowcountry again as long as the prices stay reasonable

"Good products, but the site made me second-guess things"
The products themselves seem fine, but using the website was frustrating. The filters kept resetting on me, and a few pages loaded really slowly, which made it feel like I was wasting time and potentially missing out on the right item. Checkout also wasn’t very clear, so I had to go back a couple of times to make sure I wasn’t messing anything up or paying for something I didn’t mean to. I’d probably shop here again if the site was smoother, but right now it definitely needs some work.

"Not really the selection I was hoping for"
I was kind of expecting a better range, but it just didn’t have what I needed. A lot of sizes seemed to be missing, and there were barely any of the brands I was actually looking for. I tried browsing for a while, but in the end I just gave up.

I ordered some ski gear from them and, for the most part, the updates were easy to follow. The tracking info came through quickly, and when I had a small question, they got back to me with a clear answer. The timing maybe wasn’t perfect, but overall I’d say their communication was good.

"I had to reach out a few..."
I had to reach out a few times about a warranty claim, and it felt a lot slower than I expected. The replies weren’t rude or anything, but they were short and didn’t really explain much, so I kept wondering if I was missing something or if that’s just how their support usually is.

It did get sorted in the end, so I’ll give them that, but I guess I expected a bit more help after buying from them. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I came away feeling a little disappointed and probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

"Customs fees caught me off guard"
The order itself was fine and arrived okay, but the customs/import fees were not made clear until delivery. That was frustrating, honestly. I don’t mind paying fees if I know about them upfront, but the lack of clear communication made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

I asked for some technical advice on ski boots and the reply came back really quickly, which was nice. It was helpful enough, but a little basic, so I still had to look up a few things myself. Not a bad experience at all, I just expected a bit more detail...
